团毛菌科黏菌分子系统关系分析

摘 要: 提取团毛菌科黏菌[环壁团毛菌(Trichia viria),网孢团毛菌(Trichia favoginea),异型团网菌(Arcyria occidentalis)]子实体基因组DNA,经PCR扩增,获得SSU rDNA基因片段。通过与Genbank已注册的团毛菌目黏菌序列进行比对,构建了最大似然法(maximum likelihood, ML)分子系统发育树,并初步探讨了它们与其他团毛菌科黏菌物种的系统发育关系。

Title: Molecular phylogenetic relationships of Trichiaceae

Abstract: The genomic DNA was extracted from the fruiting body of Trichiaceae (Trichia viria, Trichia favoginea, Arcyria occidentalis), and SSU rDNA fragments was obtained by PCR amplification which were compared with registered sequences of myxomycetes of Trichiaceae. Molecular phylogenetic tree was established based on the maximum likelihood (ML), and their phylogenetic relationships relative to other Trichiaceae species were discussed.
