一种新型动态定量称重控制算法

摘 要: 称重准确度和称重速度是动态定量称重系统需要解决的一对相互矛盾的关键问题。以增量型重力式自动装料衡器为研究对象,构建Moore状态机的数学模型。为准确控制状态的迁移,将测量值、当前状态和预测值作为状态迁移的主要因素,提出一种自适应动态预测控制(adaptive state prediction control,ASPC)算法。通过定量称重实验,将ASPC算法与其他预测算法进行对比。结果表明:在一定程度上,ASPC算法能有效协调称重准确度和称重速度之间的冲突,扩大了定量称重的范围。

Title: A novel control algorithm for dynamic quantitative weighing system

Abstract: There is a contradiction problem between weighing accuracy and weighing speed of dynamic quantitative weighing system. For this problem, based on incremental automatic gravimetric filling weighing system, a mathematical model was constructed with Moore finite state machine. In order to accurately control the state migration, a dynamic adaptive state prediction control (ASPC) algorithm was proposed. The mathematics analysis showed that the measured value, current state and predicted value were the mainly factors of state migration. The ASPC algorithm was compared with other prediction algorithms through quantiative weighing experiment. The results indicated that ASPC algorithm was an effective way to coordinate the conflicts of weighing accuracy and weighing speed to some extent, and the weighing range was expanded.
