一种阳离子双子表面活性剂压裂液的性能研究

摘 要: 优选的阳离子双子表面活性剂压裂液配方为2.0%阳离子双子表面活性剂16-2-16+0.7%水杨酸钠,在170 s-1速率下剪切0.5 h和1 h,黏度大于90 mPa·s,且基本保持不变。与瓜胶压裂液相比,阳离子双子表面活性剂压裂液的导流能力高,携砂性能好,遇到原油或被地层水稀释可以破胶,因此不需要另加破胶剂。微观形态表明:阳离子双子表面活性剂压裂液是表面活性剂棒状胶束快速生长、相互缠绕形成的三维网状结构,溶液黏度增加,表现出较强的黏弹性。

Title: Performance evaluation of a cationic gemini surfactant fracturing fluid

Abstract: Preferred cationic gemini surfactant fracturing fluid formulation is 2.0% 16-2-16+0.7% NaSal. When the shearing time is 0.5 h and 1 h under the shearing rate of 170 s-1, the viscosity is greater than 90 mPa穝 and basically unchanged. Compared with guar fracturing fluid, the flow conductivity of cationic gemini surfactant fracturing fluid is higher and sand-carrying performance is also better. This fracturing fluid can be broken when it encounters oil or be diluted with formation water. So there is no need to add the breaker. Microstructure shows that cationic gemini surfactant fracturing fluid is a three-dimensional network structure formed by surfactant rod-like micelles rapid growth and intertwining. The viscosity of the solution increases and shows strong viscoelasticity.
