污泥与餐厨垃圾联合厌氧发酵的研究现状与进展

摘 要: 对目前国内外污泥与餐厨垃圾厌氧发酵产氢和产甲烷的研究现状及主要工艺进行了综述,突出了污泥与餐厨垃圾联合厌氧发酵工艺相对于污泥或餐厨垃圾单独厌氧发酵产气的优越性,并对其存在的问题和未来的发展方向提出意见和建议。文章指出,国内外关于污泥与餐厨垃圾联合厌氧发酵的研究大多数仍处于实验室阶段,规模化生产实践基本没有,因此未来应加强联合厌氧发酵中试实验研究,为最终实现工业化生产奠定基础。

Title: Research current status and progress of combined anaerobic fermentation of sludge and food waste

Abstract: This paper detailly reviewed the current research status and development of the hydrogen and methane production by combined anaerobic fermentation process using sludge and food waste at home and abroad, and then pointed out its advantages compared with solo anaerobic fermentation of sludge or food waste for gas production. Suggestions about its problems and development direction in the future were put forwards. This paper pointed out most researches on the combined anaerobic fermentation using sludge and food waste was still staying in the laboratory and there was almost no industrial scale production. Therefore, pilot-scale experiments should be enlarged in the future to lay a foundation to achieve final industrial production.
