初始浓度、外加电压和共基质浓度对生物阴极还原转化4-氯硝基苯的影响

摘 要: | 通过对4-氯硝基苯(4-chloronitrobenzene, 4-CNB)及其产物浓度及反应器电化学参数的测定,研究初始浓度、外加电压和葡萄糖作为共基质时,其浓度对生物电化学反应器(bioelectrochemical system, BES)还原转化4-CNB的影响。结果表明:外加电压和葡萄糖浓度均能影响4-CNB的还原转化速率,但是外加电压增大会增加电化学副反应,导致电流效率下降。当4-CNB初始浓度为15~75 mg/L时,对4-CNB在生物阴极还原转化效果影响较小,生物阴极对4-CNB具有较好的耐性。 |

Abstract: | The influence of the initial concentration, applied voltage and concentration of glucose as the co-substrate on the reduction of 4-chloronitrobenzene (4-CNB) in a bio-cathode of a bioelectrochemical system (BES) reactor was investigated by measuring the concentration of 4-CNB and the products as well as the electrochemical parameters. The results showed that the applied voltage and the concentration of the glucose could both affect the reduction rate of 4-CNB, nevertheless, the increase of the applied voltage would enhance the side reaction and lead to the decline of the current efficiency. When the initial concentration of 4-CNB was 15-75 mg/L, the reduction of the 4-CNB in the bio-cathode was less affected; the bio-cathode had a good tolerance of 4-CNB. |
