内斜齿轮电解加工工艺技术研究

摘 要: 由于内斜微线段齿轮齿形复杂、薄壁且材料硬度高,常规方法难以进行加工,而使用电解加工(electrochemical machining,ECM)可较好地解决这一问题。这里设计制造一套工艺装备,包括工装夹具、阴极部件、导电系统和电解液系统。设计实验方案,利用单因素实验和正交实验,并对实验数据进行分析,获取最优工艺参数组合。结果表明:所加工的齿轮精度满足要求,加工效率高,表面质量好,无机械残余应力,无需进行后续加工。

Title: Research on electrochemical machining of inner helical gear

Abstract: Due to the complexity of tooth shape, thin-walled and material hardness of inner helical gear with micro-segment profile, conventional method is difficult to carry out on the processing. However, electrochemical machining (ECM) can solve this problem well. A set of process equipment, including tooling and fixture, cathode parts, conductive system and electrolyte system was designed and manufactured. After designing the experiment plan, single factor experiment and orthogonal experiment were used to analyze the experimental data and the optimal process parameter combination was obtained. The results showed that the machining gear precision met the requirements of high efficiency, good surface quality, no mechanical residual stress and no need for subsequent processing.
