单发动机清扫车功率匹配研究

摘 要: 针对道路清洁的需要,根据理论分析,结合相关研究成果,对单发动机清扫车进行功率匹配研究。此种单发动机清扫车的工作装置采用机械传动,而行走系统采用液压传动。对单发动机清扫车各部分的功率进行分析,提出一种控制策略,同时也发现这种传动方案的单发动机清扫车对发动机的功率利用率不高,因此,需对该传动方案做进一步改进,以期推进单发动机清扫车的研究。

Title: Study on power matching of single-engine sweeper

Abstract: Aiming at the need of road cleaning, based on the theoretical analysis, combined with relevant research results, power matching problem of single-engine sweeper was studied. In this sweeper, mechanical transmission was adopted for the work device, while hydraulic transmission was adopted for the chassis moving system. In this paper, some major pieces of power in single-engine sweeper was analyzed and a control strategy was put forward. Meanwhile, it’s found that the utilization rate of engine power was not satisfied when we took the transmission scheme in this sweeper as previously mentioned. So further improvement of the performance scheme should be made for the study of single-engine sweeper.
