全芳香基蒽类衍生物的合成、表征以及在OLED中的应用

摘 要: | 将菲和萘作为取代基,修饰蒽环的9或10位,高效合成并表征2个蓝光分子9-(1-萘基)-10-(9-菲基)蒽(1-PNA)和9-(2-萘基)-10-(9-菲基)蒽(2-PNA)。结果表明:分子具有高量子效率和可逆的电化学特性。1-PNA和2-PNA作为蓝色荧光的非掺杂器件,效率分别可达2.64 cd/A和4.60 cd/A,色坐标(commission internationale del’eclairage, CIE)分别为(0.15,0.10),(0.16,0.15). 全芳香基荧光基团的器件在高电流密度下效率滚降较小。 |

Abstract: | 9-(1-naphthyl)-10-(9-phenanthrenyl) anthrancene (1-PNA) and 9-(2-naphthyl)-10-(9-phenanthrenyl) and thrancene (2-PNA), which were highly efficient blue anthracene derivatives modified by phenanthrene and naphthalene at 9 or 10 position, were synthesized and characterized. Compounds showed high quantum efficiency and reversible redox process. With respect to the three layer device 1-PNA and 2-PNA as the emitting layer, maximum current efficiency reached 2.64 cd/A, 4.60 cd/A with commission internationale del’eclairage (CIE) coordinates of (0.15, 0.10) and (0.16, 0.15). Interestingly, devices using all aryl fluorescent materials exhibited negligible efficiency rolling off at high current densities. |
