温度对桦甸油页岩产气过程的影响

摘 要: 以桦甸油页岩为对象,用自建热解实验台研究温度对油页岩热解产气的影响。在不同温度下,测量热解气的瞬时流量,分析热解气的组分和含量,计算气体热值。分析发现:在525℃时达到热解气体的最大瞬时流量,在375℃以后,热解气体包括H2,CO,CH4,CO2,O2,C2H4,C2H6,C3H8和C4的化合物。其中,H2含量最大,CH4次之;H2和CH4随着热解温度的升高,含量先升高、后降低;CO含量则一直比较稳定。热解气体的热值随着温度的上升在525℃左右达到最大,为4 599.66 kJ/m3,是375℃的热解气体热值的37.2倍。

Title: Effect of temperature on gas formation characteristics during pyrolysis of Huadian oil shale

Abstract: The pyrolysis experiment with Huadian oil shale was conducted in a lab-made pyrolysis facilities to study the variations of instantaneous flow rate, components, contents and calorific value of pyrolysis gas with temperatures. It was found that instantaneous flow rate of gas products reached the most at 525℃. After 375℃, H2, CO, CH4, CO2, O2, C2H4, C2H6, C3H8 and C4 were the main components of the gas products. The content of H2 was the most while CH4 took second place. With the increase of the temperature, the content of H2 and CH4 increased at first and decreased later. The content of CO almost didn’t change. With the increase of the temperature, the gas calorific value reached the most at 4 599.66 kJ/m3, which was 37.2 times than that at 375℃.
