蒺藜苜蓿在丛枝菌根真菌研究中的应用进展

摘 要: 蒺藜苜蓿(Medicago truncatula)在丛枝菌根真菌(arbuscular mycorrhizal fungi,AMF)研究领域有着非常广泛的应用。近20年来,以蒺藜苜蓿为材料对AMF进行研究报道的SCI论文数量逐年升高,并在共生信号途径和营养物质转运方面取得了突破性进展。这里简要综述蒺藜苜蓿在丛枝菌根信号途径和营养物质转运方面的研究进展,以期为国内的相关研究提供借鉴。

Title: A review of application of Medicago truncatula in arbuscular mycorrhizal fungi

Abstract: Medicago truncatula has been applied increasing in the field of arbuscular mycorrhizal fungi (AMF) study. In the last two decades, the SCI papers on mycorrhizae using the M. truncatula as materials had increased year by year; unexpected progress had been found in the study of symbiotic signal pathway and nutrient transport. This article briefly summarized the research progress on symbiotic signal pathway and nutrient transport in arbuscular mycorrhizae using M. truncatula, we also hope to provide some references for related studies.
