| 摘 要： | 病毒诱导的基因沉默（virus-induced gene silencing，VIGS），是一种基于植物抗病毒防御机制开发的技术。从VIGS技术的发展历程、作用机制、所涉及的常规实验程序、优缺点、基因功能研究中的应用和未来研究方向等方面，对VIGS技术进行综述，以期在植物基因功能鉴定和新基因发现中为他人研究提供参考。 |
