响应面法优化复序橐吾中多酚提取工艺

摘 要: 目的:研究复序橐吾多酚的最佳提取工艺。方法:以复序橐吾为材料,应用岭回归和响应面分析法,研究乙醇浓度、超声时间、液固比及其交互作用对多酚提取率的影响。结果:复序橐吾中多酚的最佳提取条件为乙醇浓度41.6%(体积比)、液固比228.3 mL/g、提取时间26.7 min. 在此条件下,复序橐吾中多酚提取率达4.48%(质量比). 结论:研究建立的工艺模型适用于复序橐吾多酚的提取,可用于实际生产。

Title: Optimization of extraction process for polyphenols from Ligularia jaluensis by response surface methodology

Abstract: Objective: To study the best extraction technique conditions of polyphenols from Ligularia jaluensis. Methods: Using the combination of ridge regression and response surface analysis method, taking L. jaluensis as materials, the interaction effects of the ethanol concentration, ultrasonic time and liquid-solid ratio on total polyphenols extraction yield were studied. Results: The results show that the optimal levels of liquid-to-material ratio, extaction time and ethanol concentration were determined to be 228.3 mL/g, 26.7 min and 41.6% (volume ratio). Under these conditions, the extraction yield of total polyphenols is 4.48% (mass ratio). Conclusion: The research process model is suitable for polyphenols extraction from L. jaluensis, which can be used in practical production.
