基于载流摩擦试验机的铜铝接触副滑动电接触性能的实验研究

摘 要: 本文基于载流摩擦试验机研究了旋转铜盘与固定铝合金(Al-6063 和Al-7075)平头销钉之间的滑动电 接触摩擦和磨损,电流由最大值为200 A 的可调恒流源提供。实验条件为:接触压强0.2~6.4 MPa,电流 密度0~4 MA/m2,滑动速度5~50 m/s. 滑动摩擦系数由载流摩擦试验机自动测量。销钉磨损通过质量与长度 的变化来量化。接触面表面形貌使用扫描电子显微镜(scanning electron microscopy,SEM)进行观察。此外, 在一些典型区域,为判定滑动电接触是否导致化学成分发生变化的微量分析也可通过SEM 完成。实验结果表 明,滑动摩擦系数约为0.10~0.35;对于销钉磨损的测量表明电枢磨损与电流密度、接触压力、速度的变化没 有明显关系。当电流增大时,销钉的表面形貌和化学成分变得更加复杂、多样化。

Title: Experimental study on sliding electrical contact of copper-aluminum pairs in an electric-tribo-tester

Abstract: In this paper, we research sliding electrical contact friction and wear between a rotating copper disk and stationary aluminum (Al-6063 and Al-7075) pins with flat tips based on electric-tribo-tester. Electrical current is supplied by a programmable 200 A power supply. Operating conditions of the experiments are designed to yield the contact pressures of 0.2-6.4 MPa, electrical current densities of 0-4 MA/m2 and sliding speeds of 5-50 m/s. Friction coefficient is measured automatically in the electric-tribo-tester. The wear of the pins is quantified by their mass and length changes. The surface morphology of the contact surface is observed by using scanning electron microscopy (SEM). Furthermore, in some typical area, the microanalysis is performed also by SEM, in order to figure out if there is any change in the surface chemical compounds which was consequence to the electric sliding contact process. The results of experiments show that friction coefficient is about 0.10-0.35. The measurements of the wear on the pins show that armature’s wear has no significant relationship with the change of current density, contact pressure or speed. With the increasing of current, surface morphology and chemical compounds of pins become more complex and more multiplex.
