基于CFD和单神经元PI控制的冷热水混合器特性研究

摘 要: 采用计算流体力学(computational fluid dynamics,CFD)方法研究被控对象的相关特性既可缩短实验时间,又可有效降低物理实验成本。这里以非线性冷热水混合器为研究对象,以CFD软件FLUENT 6.3为平台,采用用户自定义函数(user defined functions,UDF)编写单神经元PI控制算法,实现了系统内部温度点的闭环控制,能够在线调整控制参数。仿真结果表明,与传统PI控制算法相比,采用单神经元PI控制算法能提高系统动态性能,改善系统稳态精度。

Abstract: Using computational fluid dynamics (CFD) method, the test time and cost can be effectively shortened to research the characteristics of the controlled objects. In this work, taking FLUENT 6.3 software as a platform, a single neuron PI control function is compiled by user-defined function (UDF) for the nonlinear hot and cold water mixture. A closed-loop control of temperature within the system is achieved by the simulation. The simulation results show that, compared with conventional PI control algorithm, the dynamic performance and steady-state accuracy are improved by adopting the single neuron PI control algorithm.
