Pd/TiO2催化剂上丁二酸加氢制γ-丁内酯反应性能

摘 要: 采用溶剂热法合成锐钛矿型TiO2纳米片,经沉积-沉淀法负载高分散的Pd后制备得到Pd/TiO2催化剂。经表征Pd粒子均匀分散于TiO2表面,平均粒径为1.9 nm. 将制备的Pd/TiO2催化剂用于催化丁二酸(succinic acid,SUC)加氢制γ-丁内酯(γ-butyrolactone,GBL)反应,并考察TiO2焙烧温度和反应时间对催化性能的影响。实验结果表明,Pd/TiO2 (400)是一种高效的SUC加氢反应制GBL的催化剂。以水作溶剂,200℃、107 Pa H2下反应8 h,SUC转化率达90%,GBL选择性和收率分别为94%和85%.

Title: Hydrogenation of succinic acid to γ-butyrolactone over Pd/TiO2 catalysts

Abstract: In this paper, anatase TiO2 nanosheets were synthesized by solvothermal method and then highly dispersed palladium nanoparticles were loaded on the TiO2 support (Pd/TiO2) by the deposition-precipitation method. The characterization results reveal that Pd particles are highly dispersed onto the surface of TiO2 nanosheets with average size of 1.9 nm. The Pd/TiO2 catalysts were used for the selective hydrogenation of succinic acid (SUC) to γ-butyrolactone (GBL) and the calcination temperature of TiO2 and reaction time were also investigated. Pd/TiO2 (400) is an efficient catalyst for the hydrogenation of SUC to GBL, which exhibits 90% SUC conversion, 94% selectivity to GBL and 85% yield for GBL at 200℃ and 107 Pa H2 for 8 h using water as green solvent.
