锅炉受热管蒸汽侧氧化膜拉伸失效试验研究

摘 要: 锅炉高温受热管蒸汽侧氧化膜的开裂、隆起、脱落等失效行为严重影响火电机组的安全经济运行。这里采用声发射(acoustic emission,AE)检测技术对拉伸载荷作用下受热管蒸汽侧氧化膜的失效机理进行实时监测,发现蒸汽侧氧化膜依次经历了垂直开裂、迅速增殖、裂纹饱和、脱落4个不同阶段。通过收集纯基体试样和带氧化膜试样不同实验阶段产生的AE信号,并进行快速傅里叶变换(fast Fourier transform, FFT)得到了各阶段信号的特征频谱。结合扫描电子显微镜(scanning electron microscope, SEM)观察结果,分析发现金属基体塑性变形、氧化膜垂直开裂、氧化膜脱落的特征频率分别位于100~170,175~250,280~390 kHz频率区间内,从而为监测和识别蒸汽侧氧化膜的不同形式失效行为提供了新的途径。

Title: Analysis on failure of steam-side oxide scale on high-temperature boiler tubes using acoustic emission monitoring technique

Abstract: Cracking and exfoliation of steam-side oxide scale on high-temperature boiler tubes can affect the safety and economy of thermal power units. In this work, uniaxial tensile tests using acoustic emission (AE) monitoring technique were implemented to study the failure process of steam-side oxide scale on boiler tubes. Four different stages including oxide cracking, fast multiplication, cracking saturation and oxide exfoliation are encountered successively. Frequency spectra of AE signals captured from pure substrate and specimen experiencing different loading stages were obtained by performing fast Fourier transform. In the frequency spectra, three different peak frequency bands, 100-170, 175-250 and 280-390 kHz were identified, which were inferred to respectively corresponding to plastic deformation of substrate, oxide cracking, and oxide exfoliation with the aid of SEM observations, and can thus be used for determining various oxide scale failure modes.
