基于PLC和WinCC的电厂翻车机冗余控制系统设计

摘 要: 为提高翻车机控制系统的稳定性及翻车机的翻卸效率,研究整个翻车机控制系统的工艺流程和基于西门子S7-400H 冗余可编程逻辑控制器(programmable logic controller,PLC)的翻车机控制系统的硬件设计选型、编程软件组态,以及整个双网冗余控制网络的搭建、上位机数据采集和监控软件——视窗控制中心(SIMATIC WinCC)的服务器/客户端模式配置。通过此次优化设计提高了翻车机控制系统的稳定性和数据的传输效率,大大降低了系统的故障率,减少了停机维修的成本,提高了生产力,为电厂的电力生产提供了保障。

Abstract: In order to improve the stability of the control system of the power plant dumper and its dumping efficiency, this paper mainly introduced the technological process of the whole control system of the dumper and hardware design selection, configuration of the programming software as well as the construction of the whole dual network redundancy control network and upper computer SIMATIC WinCC server/client mode configuration based on Siemens S7-400H redundancy programmable logic controller (PLC) control system of the dumper. Through the optimization design, the stability and the data transmission efficiency of the control system of the dumper increased, the failure rate of the control system and the cost of maintenance downtime were greatly reduced, the productivity and the safety of the system were improved.
