增强型二氧化钛负载纤维素基纯棉活性炭纤维的制备与光催化活性研究

摘 要: 二氧化钛负载纤维素基纯棉活性炭纤维(羟甲基化)的制备通过在氮气氛围中的高温煅烧进行。二氧化钛的晶型和空心结构是影响复合材料协同光催化行为的关键因素。实验利用羧甲基纤维素降解甲基橙(methyl orange,MO)对复合纤维的光催化能力进行研究。样品进行高分辨透射电子显微镜(transmission electron microscope,TEM)、扫描电子显微镜(scanning electron microscope,SEM)、能量色散X射线能谱(energy-dispersive X-ray spectroscopy,EDS)、粉末X射线衍射(X-ray diffraction,XRD)、傅里叶变换红外光谱(Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy,FTIR)、X射线光电子能谱(X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy,XPS)、热重(thermogravimetic,TG)分析以及光催化测试(UV-Vis测试),结果表明,制备的二氧化钛/羧甲基纤维复合光催化剂具有优良的吸收能力和协同光催化性能。

Abstract: TiO2 loaded cellulose based catalytic activated carboncotton fiber preparation has been successfully performed through the improved high temperature calcination with nitrogen process. The influences of crystal form and hollow structure of TiO2 on the synergistic photocatalytic behavior of the composite material during the degradation of methyl orange (MO) are studied. The novel catalysts have been characterized and analyzed by high-resolution transmission electron microscope (TEM), scanning electron microscope (SEM),energy-dispersive X-ray spectroscopy (EDS), powder X-ray diffraction (XRD), Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy (FTIR), X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy (XPS), thermogravimetric (TG) analysis and photocatalytic test (UV-Vis test). The results show that the prepared TiO2/carboxymethyl composite material photocatalyst possess superior absorption capability and synergistic photocatalytic performance.
