基于虚拟齿轮范成仪的齿轮范成实验

摘 要: 为改善现有机械式齿轮范成仪的不足,开发一种虚拟的齿轮范成仪,并对此开展齿轮加工及齿轮啮合原理实验教学。在该虚拟齿轮范成仪中,基于虚拟齿轮范成运动的基本原理,用Matlab程序实现了齿条形状的生成、齿条平动和转动的转移矩阵计算,通过GUI界面演示了齿轮形状的生成、人机交互以及相应的图形显示和动画等功能。虚拟齿轮范成仪的齿轮范成实验具有结果准确、显示直观的特点,并有助于深入理解齿轮啮合原理,有利于进一步开展虚拟实验和网络实验。

Title: Gear enveloping experiment based on virtual gear enveloping instrument

Abstract: In order to improve current mechanical gear enveloping instrument, a virtual gear instrument was developed, gear cutting and engagement principle teaching experiments were carried out. This instrument is based on the principle of gear enveloping motion, the generation of rack shape, translation of rack and caculation of rotational transition matrix were realized using Matlab. The GUI interface presented the shape of gear, human-computer interaction and the function of graphics and animation respectively. The virtual gear enveloping experiment has the advantages of accuracy, directly-displayed, which help to have a deep understanding of the principle of gear enveloping and promote the launch of virtual experiments and network experiments.
