基于两级插值的图像矩阵补全

摘 要: 针对矩阵补全问题中基于插值的矩阵补全模型仅运用图像的统计特性,忽略图像的结构信息而导致的图像修复准确率低,提出一种基于两级插值的矩阵补全模型,通过两级插值估计出矩阵中的缺失元素,每一级插值得到的结果均由原二维图像矩阵中的非零元素进行修正。最后,通过图像修复仿真实验,证明所提出的两级插值矩阵的补全模型相对于传统的基于插值的矩阵补全模型可得到更高的峰值信噪比(peak signal to noise ratio,PSNR),所设计的算法具有明显优势。

Abstract: In view of the matrix completion based on interpolation matrix completion only using the statistical characteristic of the image, ignoring the structure information of the image leading to low accuracy image restoration, this paper proposes a model based on two-level interpolation matrix completion. Through the two-level interpolation, we estimate the missing elements in the matrix, and results of each interpolation level are modified by the non-zero elements of the original image. Finally, through the image restoration simulation experiment, it proves that the proposed two-level interpolation matrix completion model can get a higher peak signal to noise ratio (PSNR) compared with traditional interpolation matrix completion model, the designed algorithm has obvious advantages.
