基于热电回收的CPU热点可持续冷却方法

摘 要: 数据中心的高能耗是一个亟待解决的问题,许多新型数据中心提出将CPU热量进行循环利用。为解决CPU发热导致自身过热的问题、实现绿色计算,研究在热量循环利用模型的基础上,加入系统自身散热的因素,建立新的CPU热点可持续冷却系统的数学模型。结果表明,本研究提出的CPU热点模型的整体降温效率提高了0.937%.

Title: Sustainable cooling method of CPU hot spots based on thermoelectric recovery

Abstract: High energy consumption in the data center is an urgent problem to be solved. So many new data centers proposed CPU heat recycling. In order to solve the CPU heating caused by overheating problem and realize green computing, in this paper, based on the predecessor’s heat recycling model, we added the heat dissipation factor of the system, and established a new mathematical model for the sustainable cooling of CPU hotspots. The experimental results showed that the whole cooling efficiency of the CPU hotspot model was increased by 0.937%.
