钙钛矿多晶薄膜的形貌调控研究进展

摘 要: 钙钛矿多晶薄膜的结晶性和形貌是影响钙钛矿器件性能的主要因素。其中,薄膜形貌受多方面因素的影响。本文简要综述了近几年通过组分工程、溶剂工程和制备工艺对薄膜形貌进行调控的机理及效果,这些策略主要包括前驱体组分和外源添加剂含量的调控、选用混合溶剂溶解前驱体、辅助溶剂退火和反溶剂诱导结晶,以及发展更优异的薄膜沉积工艺。此外,还提出了钙钛矿薄膜形貌调控未来的发展方向。

Title: Progress in morphology controlling of perovskite polycrystalline film

Abstract: Crystallinity and morphology of perovskite polycrystalline film are the dominated elements of the performances of perovskite devices. The film morphology is subjected to many factors. The mechanism and results of compositional engineering, solvent engineering and fabricated processes to control the morphology in recent years were simply reviewed in this paper. The strategies mainly included the content controlling of the precursors and exogenous additives, selection of the mixing solvents for dissolving the precursors, solvent for annealing and anti-solvents for inducing crystallization, and the development of more excellent thin film deposition process. What’s more, the prospect of morphology controlling of perovskite films was illustrated.
