石房蛤毒素的酶联免疫检测技术研究

摘 要: 利用相关的免疫反应和酶催化反应知识,着重探索研究海洋生物毒素的代表——石房蛤毒素(saxitoxin,STX)的酶联免疫检测技术。在已有的商业化试剂盒基础上,利用酶联免疫吸附测定(enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay,ELISA)法进一步探索STX快速检测的标准曲线,并通过优化实验条件,为标准化试剂盒的研发打下基础。通过监测市场中常见贝类所含的此种毒素,为日常的贝类饮食提供科学的参考建议。

Abstract: This study utilizes knowledge of the relevant immune response and enzymatic reaction, and focuses on exploring the study of enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA) detecting marine toxins—saxitoxin (STX). On the basis of existing commercial kits, the standard curve of the rapid detection of STX was further developed by ELISA method, and the basis for development of standardized kit was established by optimizing the experimental conditions. Through detecting such toxins in common shellfish in the market, a scientific reference was proposed for the daily shellfish diet.
