不同性别儿童少年脑电及其速度素质研究

摘 要: 目的:从脑电活动特征适当解释速度素质的发展机理。方法:测试不同年龄、不同性别中小学生脑电图和50 m跑速度,分析不同性别儿童少年脑电图活动特征及其与速度的关系。结果:不同性别儿童少年在年龄逐渐增长的过程中,其脑电图中的快频率成分α1波出现逐渐上升的趋势,且在6~12岁,各年龄段之间增加非常明显,而在13~16岁增加不明显。男生速度素质在6~10岁、12~14岁有两个发育敏感期,女生速度素质在6~12岁是发育敏感期,而过了13岁之后,速度素质发育减缓;同时,高速度素质与α2波相对功率有显著负相关关系,与θ/β比值有显著正相关关系。结论:不同性别儿童少年脑电发育和速度素质发展不一致,其中男生发育高峰期在6~10岁和12~14岁,而女生在6~12岁。其速度素质与α2波相对功率呈负相关,而与θ/β比值呈正相关。

Title: Research of relationship of adolescent’s EEG and its speed on different genders

Abstract: Objective: This paper aims to explain speed development mechanism through the electroencephalogram (EEG). Methods: Adolescents’ EEG and their 50 m running speed of different genders are tested, and the relationship between their EEG and speed is analyzed. Results: With growing up of age, the adolescents’ α1 wave increases gradully. The increasing speed is very large in 6-12 years old, but the development speed is increased slightly in 13-16 years old. There are two speed development sensitization periods for boys, which are 6-10 years old and 12-14 years old. There is only one development sensitization period for girls, which is 6-12 years old, afterwards, speed development starts to decrease. At the same time, high speed is significant negative correlation with relative power of α2% and significant positive correlation with θ/β ratios. Conclusion: Adolescents’ EEG and speed develop with different speed on different genders. Male has two high speed development stages on 6-10 and 12-14 years old, but female has one on 6-12 years old. Their speed is negative correlation with α2% and positive correlation with θ/β ratios.
