摘 要: 肝脏是机体重要的免疫特惠器官。Tim-3/Galectin-9(Gal-9)信号通路在机体免疫调节、肿瘤免疫逃逸及免疫耐受中发挥重要作用。本文综述了Tim-3/Gal-9信号通路在肝移植免疫耐受、缺血再灌注损伤(ischemic reperfusion injury,IRI)、病毒性肝炎、自身免疫性肝炎(autoimmune hepatitis,AIH)、非酒精性脂肪性肝病(non-alcoholic fatty liver disease,NAFLD)、酒精性肝病(alcoholic liver disease,ALD)以及肝细胞肝癌(hepatocellular carcinoma,HCC)等疾病中的作用及相关机制,为将来应用研究奠定了理论基础。

Abstract: The liver is an immunologically privileged organ. The Tim-3/Galectin-9 (Gal-9) signaling pathway plays an important role in immune regulation, tumor immune escape and immune tolerance. This review summarizes the potential role and mechanisms of Tim-3/Gal-9 in various liver diseases, such as liver transplant tolerance, ischemia reperfusion injury (IRI), viral hepatitis, autoimmune hepatitis (AIH), non-alcoholic fatty liver disease (NAFLD), alcoholic liver disease (ALD) and hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC), laying the theoretical foundations for future applied research.
