纳米等离子体辅助增强钙钛矿材料的激射特性研究

摘 要: 通过两步法制备出平整致密的甲基胺铅碘钙钛矿薄膜。在纳秒激光泵浦下,观察到该薄膜的自发辐射放大(amplified spontaneous emission,ASE)现象。为降低其光泵浦阈值,在该增益体系中引入了金纳米立方体(Au nanocubes,Au NCs)。嵌入适当数量的Au NCs 后,甲基胺铅碘钙钛矿薄膜的阈值从(27±5) μJ/cm2 降低至(12±2) μJ/cm2,且ASE 强度明显提高。分析表明,钙钛矿材料的ASE 增强主要源于Au NCs 的局域表面等离子体共振效应。

Abstract: In this paper, the smooth and uniform methylammonium lead triiodide perovskite film was obtained by two steps. Pumped by nanosecond pulse laser, the amplified spontaneous emission (ASE) for the methylammonium lead triiodide perovskite film was achieved. To further reduce the optical pumping threshold of the perovskite semiconductor materials, Au nanocubes (Au NCs) were introduced into this gain system. For the methylammonium lead triiodide perovskite film, embedding appropriate amounts of Au NCs resulted in an obvious enhancement of ASE intensity and a decrease of the lasing threshold from (27±5) μJ/cm2 to (12±2) μJ/cm2. The ASE enhancement was mainly attributed to the localized surface plasmon resonance effect of Au NCs.
