丛枝菌根真菌的生理生态功能研究进展

摘 要: 丛枝菌根真菌(arbuscular mycorrhizal fungi,AMF)能与绝大部分陆生植物根系形成基于C、N、P 物质交换的互惠共生体,在促进宿主植物生长、影响生态系统过程、维持生态系统稳定性等方面具有极其重要的作用。基于近年来的研究成果,本文综述了AMF 在促进植物的营养吸收、增强植物的抗逆性、调控生物群落和元素循环等方面的国内外最新研究进展,并提出今后需重点关注全球变化及人类活动背景下的AMF研究。

Title: Eco-physiological functions of arbuscular mycorrhizal fungi: a review

Abstract: Arbuscular mycorrhizal fungi (AMF) can form mutualistic associations with the roots of most terrestrial plants. Plants supply AMF with C, and in return, fungi increase P and N caputure of their host plants. It is well accepted that AMF are very important in promoting plant growth, influencing ecosystem processes and maintaining ecosystem stability. This paper reviewed the research progress of AMF in promoting nutrient absorption of plants, enhancing the torlerance of plant to stresses, and regulating biotic communities and biochemical cycling, and it proposed that the researches on AMF should take the global changes and anthropogenic activities into account in the future.
