响应面分析法优化翅碱蓬花青素提取工艺研究

摘 要: 以翅碱蓬为试验材料,液料比、乙醇浓度及提取温度为自变量,花青素吸光度为响应值,探索自变量及两因素交互作用对翅碱蓬花青素吸光度的影响。结果显示,超声辅助法提取翅碱蓬花青素的最佳工艺参数为提取温度40℃,提取剂浓度60%,液料比为15:1(mL/g). 在此工艺条件下,花青素吸光度为1.213,花青素得率达到4.53%.

Title: Study on technology of anthocyanidin extraction from Suaeda heteroptera by response surface methodology

Abstract: In this paper, Suaeda heteroptera was used as experimental material, the liquid-solid ratio, ethanol concentration and extraction temperature were chosen as the independent variables, and the absorbance of anthocyanidin was used as the response value. The impact of the argument and two categories interaction on the absorbance of anthocyanidin were studied. The results showed that the optimal extraction condition of anthocyanidin extracted by ultrasonic assisted method was that, extraction temperature was 40℃, ethanol concentration was 60% and liquid-solid ratio was 15:1 (mL/g). Under this condition, the absorbance of anthocyanidin was 1.213, and the yield of anthocyanidin reached to 4.53%.
