带有整流器的侧线精馏塔分离甲苯-正庚烷的模拟与优化

摘 要: 对甲苯-正庚烷共沸物系提出萃取精馏和带有整流器的气相侧线精馏塔分离方案,采用Aspen Plus软件对这一物系进行模拟与优化,并考察流程中各工艺参数对产品纯度和能耗的影响。结果表明,在保证产品纯度和较低能耗的前提下,带有整流器的气相侧线分离方案较萃取精馏分离方案更优,以环丁砜为萃取剂,在进料量为1 000 kg/h、萃取剂流量为1 100 kg/h、主塔理论板数为28、主塔进料位置为15、萃取剂进料位置为5、侧线塔理论板数为10、侧线采出流量为600 kg/h时,塔顶所得甲苯与正庚烷的产品纯度均能达到0.999. 带有整流器的气相侧线精馏塔较传统的萃取精馏方案节省能耗。塔底循环萃取剂与进料的冷物流进行换热,进一步节省了能耗。研究可为工业分离甲苯-正庚烷共沸物系提供一定的理论指导。

Title: Simulation and optimization of sidestream distillation column with rectifier for separating toluene-n-heptane systems

Abstract: In order to separate the azeotrope system of toluene-n-heptane, the separating process of extractive distillation and vapor sidestream distillation column with rectifier were put forward. The separating processes were simulated and optimized with the software of Aspen Plus. The effects of the process parameters on the purity of product and energy consumption were investigated. The results showed that under the condition of product purity requirement and lower energy consumption, the separating method of vapor sidestream distillation with rectifier was better than extractive distillation. Using sulfolane as extraction agent, when feed flow rate was 1 000 kg/h, the flow of the extraction agent was 1 100 kg/h, the main tower theoretical stage number was 28, the main tower feed position was 15, the feed position of extraction agent was 5, sidestream theoretical tray number was 10 and the sidestream flow rate was 600 kg/h, the purity of toluene and n-heptane product at tower top could both reach to 0.999. The vapor sidestream distillation column with rectifier could save energy consumption when compared with extractive distillation. The energy consumption could be further saved due to the heat transfer between cycle extraction agent and feed materiel at tower bottom. This study would have a theoretical guiding significance to the industrial separation process for toluene-n-heptane azeotrope systems.
