基于ME算法搜寻引起一类肺癌的驱动基因

摘 要: 驱动基因通常会驱动癌症的发生,本文的目的就是找到驱动肺癌发生的驱动基因。将差异表达基因用生物信息学中的基因本体(gene ontology,GO)结构对基因的生物学功能进行功能注释,将基因分到不同的生物学过程中。最后,用互斥的方法找到生物过程中的驱动基因。研究共找到了114个扰动模块(perturbation module,PM),其中每个模块至少2个基因,每个模块代表一种生物过程,这些不同的模块表示不同的生物过程,进而找到了每个生物过程相关的基因。这些基因即为可能驱动该生物过程的肺癌驱动基因。

Title: Search for a class of lung cancer driven genes based on ME algorithm

Abstract: Usually, the occurrence of cancer was drove by the driven genes, our aim was to find the driven genes that could drive lung cancer. Differentially expressed genes were used to annotate the biological function of genes by using the gene ontology (GO) structure in bioinformatics, and the genes were divided into different biological processes. Finally, the driven genes of biological process were found by the method of mutual exclusion. We found 114 perturbation modules (PM), each module included at least two genes, each module differentially represented a biological process, and thus the genes associated with each biological process were found. These genes were the possible driven genes of lung cancer that drived the biological process.
