花生摘果试验装置三滚筒组合性能试验与分析

摘 要: 为深入研究两段收获模式下花生摘果机理与摘果装置的结构形式,以摘果间隙、滚筒转速和喂入量为试验因素,对已研制的花生摘果试验装置典型组合形式——切切轴三滚筒进行三元二次回归正交旋转组合试验。试验结果表明,试验因素对摘果指标的影响顺序均为:滚筒转速>摘果间隙>喂入量;最佳参数组合:喂入量为0.4 kg/s,摘果间隙为24.3 mm,滚筒转速为496 r/min;切流摘果滚筒轴向分布均匀,径向A1区>A2、A3区;轴流摘果滚筒荚果与杂余轴向分布由中部向两侧递减,径向分布中部略高于两侧。试验结果为两段收获模式下花生摘果装置的研究提供了重要依据。

Abstract: In order to further study peanut picking mechanism and picking device structure under two-step harvest mode, this paper took picking clearance, roller speed and feeding amount as experiment factors. The ternary quadratic regression orthogonal revolving combination experiment was performed on the developed peanut picking device typical combinations-tangential-tangential-axial cylinders. The test results show that the influence order of the experimental factors on peanut picking is: roller speed > picking clearance > feeding amount. The optimum parameter combination are the feed rate of 0.4 kg/s, the picking clearance of 24.3 mm, and the roller speed of 496 r/min. The cylinder axis distributes evenly, and the radial A1 area is greater than A2 and A3. The axial flow is decreasing from the center to the left, and the center of the radial distribution is slightly higher than the center. The results of the experiment provided the important basis for the study of the peanut picking device in the two-step harvest mode.
