二硫氰基甲烷对多子水霉菌丝体生理指标的影响

摘 要: 研究二硫氰基甲烷抑制多子水霉菌丝生长的机理。结果表明,随着二硫氰基甲烷浓度的增加,菌丝溶液的电导率上升幅度增大,二硫氰基甲烷能够影响菌丝体细胞膜透性的变化;可溶性蛋白含量呈下降趋势,且随着时间的延长,下降的幅度更大,证明二硫氰基甲烷能够抑制蛋白质的合成;超氧化物歧化酶(superoxide dismutase,SOD)、过氧化物酶(peroxidase,POD)、过氧化氢酶(catalase,CAT)和琥珀酸脱氢酶(succinate dehydrogenase,SDH)的酶活性均呈下降趋势,且时间越长,抑制效果越明显,说明二硫氰基甲烷对SOD、POD、CAT及SDH均有抑制作用;丙二醛(malondialdehyde,MDA)含量呈上升趋势,说明二硫氰基甲烷能够使膜脂质过氧化,致使自由基含量增高,从而表现出MDA含量增高。

Title: Effect of methylene dithiocyanate on physiological indicators of Saprolegnia ferax mycelium

Abstract: The mechanism of Saprolegnia ferax mycelium growth inhibited by methylene dithiocyanate is studied in this paper. The results show that the conductivity of mycelium increases faster with the increase of methylene dithiocyanate concentration. Therefore, methylene dithiocyanate can change the cell membrane permeability of mycelium. Soluble protein content is decreasing, and with the extension of time, the rate of decline is greater. It proves that methylene dithiocyanate can inhibit protein synthesis. The enzyme activities of superoxide dismutase (SOD), peroxidase (POD), catalase (CAT) and succinate dehydrogenase (SDH) decrease, and the longer time is, the inhibition effect is more obvious. So methylene dithiocyanate has certain inhibition on SOD, POD, CAT and SDH. The phenomenon of increasing malondialdehyde (MDA) content explains that methylene dithiocyanate can make membrane lipid peroxidation, which results in the increasing of the free radical content, thus the MDA content increases.
