近视的分子致病机制及干预措施研究进展

摘 要: 近视是一种常见的屈光不正,危害身心健康。为有效防控近视,探索其致病机制迫在眉睫。但近视的致病机制仍不明确。自20世纪70年代发展至今,近视动物模型的建立与发展在分子机制、干预措施等方面为实现近视防控的目标提供了有力支持。如何合理应用近视动物模型与人类近视相联系,仍然是研究的重点与难点。本文就近视常见分子致病机制及干预措施的研究进展做一综述,通过阐释近视的研究成果,为近视的防控提供新思路。

Abstract: Myopia has become a common refractive error, endangering physical and mental health. In order to effectively prevent and control myopia, exploring its pathogenesis is imminent. However, the pathogenesis is still not clear. Since the 1970s, the establishment and development of myopic animal models has provided strong support for achieving the goal of the myopia prevention and control from the perspective of molecular mechanism, interventions, etc. There exists a research hotspot and difficulty that how to apply reasonably myopic animal models for matching human myopic. In this paper, the research progress on myopic common molecular pathogenesis and interventions will be reviewed, which may provide new ideas for the myopia prevention and control through the interpretation of myopic research results.
