凋落物输入的改变与细根变化对中亚热带米槠天然林土壤表层酶活性的影响

摘 要: 深入了解全球变化背景下森林凋落物产量的改变及细根变化对森林生态系统过程的影响,对中亚热带天然林的土壤酶活性具有很重要的意义。选取福建省三明格氏栲自然保护区内米槠天然林为试验样地,样地设置对照(control,CT)、去除凋落物(root and no litter,RNL)、加倍凋落物(root and double litter,RDL)、去除细根(no root and litter,NRL)、去根去凋落物(no root and no litter,NRNL)及去根加倍凋落物(no root and double litter,NRDL)6个处理,每个处理3个重复。试验结果显示:1)与CT相比,RNL和RDL的酸性磷酸酶(acid phosphatase,AP)、β-葡萄糖苷酶(β-1,4-glucosidase,βG)、纤维素水解酶(cellobiohydrolase,CBH)、酚氧化酶(polyphenol oxidase,PHOX)及β-N-乙酰氨基葡萄糖苷酶(β-1,4-N-acetylglucosaminidase,NAG)活性均显著性提高,过氧化物酶(peroxidase,PerOx)活性没有显著性变化;2)与CT相比,在NRL、NRNL和NRDL情况下,6种酶的活性均没有出现显著性变化;3)在这几种处理条件下,PerOx并没有出现显著性差异。

Title: Effects of changes in input of litters and changes of fine roots on soil enzyme activities in natural Castanopsis carlesii pulverous stands in mid-subtropical China

Abstract: In order to have a better understanding of the effect of the changes in forest litter production and fine root on forest ecosystem processes in the context of global change, which is of great significance to influence the soil enzyme activity of natural forests in mid-subtropical China, the natural forest of Castanopsis carlesii in the Sanming Nature Reserve in Fujian province was selected as the experimental plot. Control (CT), root and no litter (RNL), root and double litter (RDL), no root and litter (NRL), no root and no litter (NRNL) and no root and double litter (NRDL) were set in our plot. Each treatment was dealt with three repetitions. The experimental results showed that: 1) Compared with CT, the activities of acid phosphatase (AP), β-1,4-glucosidase (βG), cellobiohydrolase (CBH), polyphenol oxidase (PHOX), and β-1,4-N-acetylglucosaminidase (NAG) in RNL and RDL were significantly increased, and there was no significant change in the activity of the peroxidase (PerOx). 2) Compared with CT, in the case of NRL, NRLL and NRDL, there was no significant change in the activity of the six enzymes. 3) There was no significant difference in PerOx under these conditions.
