低速冲击载荷下的AHSS双曲板性能研究

摘 要: 基于von Karman方程和经典的薄壳理论,建立了一组低速冲击载荷作用下的先进高强度钢(advanced high strength steel,AHSS)双曲板的非线性控制方程。通过有限差分法和Newmark法,可将控制方程分别在空间域和时间域上离散,在此基础上,整个问题可以通过迭代法求解。数值计算结果表明,板的几何参数、材料特性和冲击物的基本参数对低速冲击载荷作用下的AHSS双曲板的无量纲挠度、正应力和接触力有显著影响。

Abstract: Based on the von Karman equation and the classical theory of thin shell, a set of nonlinear governing equations for advanced high strength steel (AHSS) doubly curved panel subjected to low velocity impact load is deduced. By using the finite difference method and the Newmark method, the governing equations are discretized in space and time domains, and the whole problem can be solved through iterative method. Numerical results show that the panel’s geometrical parameters, material properties and the impactor’s parameters have great influences on the non-dimensional deflection, normal stress and contact force of the AHSS doubly curved panel under low velocity impact load.
