基于正向FTF方法的汽车转向系统可靠性分析

摘 要: 基于某校企合作项目的重型商用车故障数据和实验数据,对该重型商用车转向系统进行正向FTF方法的可靠性分析。正向FTF方法主要包括可靠性框图,故障模式、影响及危害性分析(failure mode, effects and criticality analysis,FMECA),故障树分析(fault tree analysis,FTA)三大部分。本文以某校企合作项目的重型商用车为例建立该汽车转向系统的可靠性框图;以企业提供的整车故障数据和实验数据资料为基础,对重型商用车失效模式进行分析总结。依托实验失效案例,对各类失效模式对应的失效后果、严重度、风险度等进行总结并建立汽车转向系统的FMECA表格;基于汽车转向系统可靠性框图和FMECA表,建立该系统的故障树(fault tree,FT),并对该系统进行FT分析,基于FT的分析结果,提出优化措施,为企业提供了在整车设计时转向系统可靠性的设计依据。

Abstract: Based on the fault data and experimental data of heavy commercial vehicle of a school-enterprise cooperation project, the reliability of steering system of heavy commercial vehicle is analyzed by forward FTF method. The forward FTF method mainly includes three parts of reliability block diagram, failure mode, effects and criticality analysis (FMECA), and fault tree analysis (FTA). Taking the heavy commercial vehicle of a school-enterprise cooperation project as an example, the reliability block diagram of automobile steering system is established. Based on the vehicle failure data and experimental data, the failure modes of heavy commercial vehicle are analyzed and summarized. Based on the experimental and failure cases, the failure consequence, severity and risk of various failure modes are summarized, and the FMECA table of automobile steering system is established. Based on automobile steering system reliability block diagram and FMECA table, the fault tree (FT) of the system is established and the FT analysis of the system is processed. Based on the results of FT analysis, the optimization measures is put forward and a basis for steering system reliability in vehicle design is provided for enterprises.
