离心纺高支链淀粉纤维的工艺参数研究

摘 要: 以马铃薯淀粉为纺丝原料,采用离心纺丝法制备淀粉微纳米纤维,研究溶液浓度(质量分数)、收集距离、喷丝器转速和喷嘴直径(针头规格)等工艺参数对纤维形貌和直径的影响,利用扫描电子显微镜(scanning electron microscope,SEM)对纤维的形貌和直径进行表征,采用紫外-可见分光光度计对淀粉中直链淀粉的含量进行测定。结果表明,离心纺丝能制备高支链淀粉纤维;纤维直径随溶液浓度的升高而增大,随收集距离的增大而减小,随喷丝器转速的增加而增大,随针头规格的增大而减小;当溶液浓度为11%、收集距离为15.5 cm、转速为1 300 r/min、针头规格为27G时,可获得形貌良好的纤维,且纤维直径分布均匀。

Title: Parameter study of centrifugally-spun amylopectin-rich starch-based fiber

Abstract: In this paper, we prepared starch-based micro-to-nano fibers via centrifugal spinning using potato starch as spinning material. The effects of spinning parameters, including solution concentration (mass fraction), collection distance, spinner rotational speed and nozzle diameter (needle specification), on fiber morphology and diameter were investigated. The scanning electron microscope (SEM) and ultraviolet-visible spectrophotometer were used to characterize fiber’s morphology and diameter, and measure amylose content in starch, respectively. The results indicated that centrifugal spinning could prepare starch-based fibers from amylopectin-rich starch. The diameter of the fiber increased with the increasing of solution concentration and rotational speed, but decreased with the increasing of collection distance and needle specification. Finally, we concluded that good morphology fibers were formed at solution concentration of 11%, collection distance of 15.5 cm, rotational speed of 1 300 r/min, and needle specification of 27G, and the fiber diameter distribution was uniform.
