基于有限元模型的直线压缩机吸气阀性能研究

摘 要: | 基于ANSYS仿真平台,对直线压缩机吸气阀片的工作特性进行分析。研究表明,在流固耦合(fluid structure interaction,FSI)模型中,阀片具有震荡运动特性,其在吸气过程中多次开启,不断与阀板发生撞击;阀片在完全打开时背侧产生旋涡,受到了来自流体的受迫振动;在谐响应分析中验证了流体作用下的阀片频率响应特征;因此在保证压缩机进气效率的同时,适当降低气缸进气压力,有助于减少对阀片的损伤。研究结果可为新型冰箱直线压缩机吸气阀组的设计提供参考依据。 |

Abstract: | The operating characteristics of linear compressor suction valve are analyzed based on ANSYS simulation platform. Researches show that, fluid structure interaction (FSI) model is used to find that the oscillatory movement takes place during the valve is opening and bumping against the plate of valve. Meanwhile, the vortex is found on the back of the valve, subjected to the forced vibration from fluid. The frequency response characteristics of valve are verified in harmonic response model. Therefore, in order to decrease the damage on the plate of valve, inlet pressure should be reducing, while ensuring the efficiency of inflow. The research results can provide references for the design of the air suction valve group in linear compressor of the new refrigerator. |
