灰平衡在数码印花中的应用研究

摘 要: 在数码印花产品中经常出现灰平衡不佳的问题,传统方法通过调图或调整灰成分替代(grey component replacement,GCR)曲线来改善,但会带来颜色饱和度和鲜明度差的缺点。针对以上问题,提出一种新的通过调节国际色彩联盟(International Color Consortium,ICC)Profile的B To A查找表(look up table,LUT)来优化灰平衡的方法,解决灰平衡的灰偏色和灰平衡中间波动。实验结果表明,使用灰平衡优化后打印图像的灰渐变过渡均匀、颜色色光较正,打印灰平衡效果明显改善。

Title: Application study of grey balance in digital printing

Abstract: The problem of poor grey balance often occurs in digital printing products. It can be improved by the traditional method of drawing or adjusting grey component replacement (GCR) curve, but it brings the disadvantages of poor color saturation and sharpness. Aiming at the above problems, a new B to A look up table (LUT) for adjusting the International Color Consortium (ICC) Profile is proposed to optimize the grey balance method, in order to solve the grey color cast of the grey balance and grey balance in between fluctuations. Through the experimental research and analysis, the experimental results show that the grey gradient transition of the image printed by the grey balance optimization is uniform and the color shade is correct, which makes the printing grey balance’s effect improved obviously.
