基于虚拟工序概念的质检任务调度模型

摘 要: | 针对质检任务调度问题,提出虚拟工序的概念,建立了一种新的基于不定质检设备资源的质检调度模型,并建立了以虚拟累计完工时间最小为优化目标的遗传算法求解流程。通过案例分析,得出最优调度方案,并通过建立常规目标函数的对比算法,进一步验证了所得的质检调度方案为最优。 |

Abstract: | A concept of virtual operation and a new quality inspection scheduling model based on the limitless quality inspecting machine resources are proposed for scheduling tasks in quality inspection. In addition, a solving process based on genetic algorithm with the aim of minimizing the total virtual completion time is established. The optimal scheduling scheme is obtained by analyzing a case-study. The optimality of the quality inspection scheduling scheme is further verified by establishing a comparative algorithm that is based on conventional objective functions. |
