大数据条件下医疗数据生命周期管理模型的设计和实现

摘 要: | 随着儿童慢性肾病(chronic kidney disease,CKD)远程康复支持系统功能的升级和优化,人们面临着数据量逐渐增多和数据种类日趋复杂的问题。研究依据数据生命周期管理理论,根据目标系统的系统结构和数据特点,利用Hadoop等大数据处理技术,设计了对应的数据生命周期管理模型。该模型可以评估信息系统中信息的价值,方便系统对数据进行分级存储。通过对数据进行合理的管理,达到增加信息系统可用性、提高系统存储设备使用效率的目的。 |

Abstract: | With the upgrading and optimization of functions in remote rehabilitation support system for pediatric chronic kidney disease (CKD), we face with the problem of increasing data volume and diverse data types. Based on the data life cycle management theory and the system structure and data characteristics of the target system, using the big data processing technology such as Hadoop, the corresponding data life cycle management model is designed in this paper. The model can be used to evaluate the value of information in the information system and facilitate the system to store the data hierarchically. Through making the data management more reasonable, the purpose of increasing the availability of the information system and improving the use efficiency of the system’s storage equipment can be achieved. |
