城市中心区街道开放的路权分配适度化研究

摘 要: 通过总结我国城市中心区的街道路权分配标准的主要问题及开放街区建设的人本需求,提出街道路权分配适度化的概念和理论。基于《阿布扎比街道设计手册》中关于城市中心区路权分配设计标准与我国的对比分析,设计出街道路权分配的适度化标准与街道活力之间的影响关系模型。结合案例研究证明,适度化的路权分配才能提升街道的活力,实现真正以人为本的街区开放。本文对以后城市中心区街道开放的相关研究和实践提供了一定的参考。

Title: Study on the appropriate allocation of road rights in the street opening of urban centers

Abstract: By summarizing the main problems of road right allocation standards of street in urban central areas of China and the human needs of open block construction, the concept and theory of appropriate allocation of road rights in the street are proposed. Based on the “Abu Dhabi Street Design Handbook”, a comparative analysis of the design criteria for road right allocation in urban central areas and China, the impact relationship model between the appropriate standard of road right allocation and street vitality is designed. Combined with case studies, it is proved that appropriate allocation of road rights can enhance the vitality of the street and realize the opening of a truly people-oriented neighborhood, which will provide some reference for the related research and practice of the street opening in the central area of the city in the future.
