燃料电池双极板电解成形试验研究

摘 要: 采用模板电解的方法,在316L不锈钢基底上蚀刻出平均深度为400 μm、宽度为1.0 mm的双通道蛇形流场。采用单因素试验分析方法,分别探究加载电压、脉冲频率、占空比及电解时间对蚀刻后流道定域性及电流效率的影响。试验结果表明,加载电压为15 V、脉冲频率为10 Hz、占空比为20%、电解时间为15 min时,流道定域性最佳。

Abstract: A double channel serpentine flow field with an average depth of 400 μm and width of 1.0 mm was etched on 316L stainless steel substrate by means of template electrolysis. And the effects of loading voltage, pulse frequency, duty cycle and electrolysis time on the channel locality and current efficiency after etching were investigated by single factor experimental analysis. The experimental results showed that, when the loading voltage was 15 V, the pulse frequency was 10 Hz, the duty cycle was 20%, and the electrolysis time was 15 min, the channel locality was the best.
