气体水合物相变蓄冷材料的研究进展

摘 要: 气体水合物相变蓄冷材料具有储能密度大、相变温度低、导热系数大等优点,具有较好的应用前景,成为近年来的研究热点。本文以CO2气体水合物为代表,详述了气体水合物的晶体结构、晶格类型、热物性和相平衡热力学方面的研究进展;针对气体水合物在应用过程中存在的过冷度大、诱导时间长、转化率低等特点,介绍了通过使用添加剂、制备水合物浆以及搅拌和磁场等促晶措施解决上述问题的方法及进展;对气体水合物相变蓄冷材料的研究进行了展望,认为移动气体水合物的相平衡、加强传热传质是未来工作的主要方向。

Title: Gas hydrate based phase change materials for cold storage: a review

Abstract: Gas hydrate based phase change material for cold storage with good application prospect has become a hot area of research in recent years because of its high energy storage density, low phase change temperature and high thermal conductivity. Taking CO2 gas hydrate as a representative, the research progress in the respects of crystal structure, crystal type, thermal properties and phase equilibrium thermodynamics of the gas hydrate are described in detail. In view of high super-cooling degree, long induction time and low conversion rate of the gas hydrate in the application process, the methods and progress to solve the above problems by using additives, preparing hydrate slurry, stirring and magnetic field to promote crystallization are introduced. Finally, recommendations are given for further research and applications of the gas hydrate based phase change materials: moving phase equilibrium and enhancing heat and mass transfer.
