基于动态预留的天基信息港接入策略研究

摘 要: 针对高动态终端需要频繁接入切换的问题,本文基于现有的信道预留策略结合接入切换控制策略,提出了一种改进的动态预留接入策略。该策略对高动态终端进行切换预测,建立卫星效用函数,选择使得效用函数最大的覆盖卫星作为目标卫星,天基信息港通过信令通知目标卫星进行动态信道预留。仿真结果表明,本文提出的接入策略在高动态终端场景下切换成功率达到98%以上,切换时延减低了约30%. 仿真结果验证了所提策略的可行性,其具备提高高动态终端的切换成功率的能力。

Abstract: To solve the problem of the high dynamic terminal requiring frequent access handoff, an improved dynamic reservation access strategy based on the existing channel reservation strategy combined with access handoff control strategy is proposed. In this strategy, switching prediction is made for the high dynamic terminal, satellite utility function is established, the coverage satellite with maximum utility function is selected as the target satellite, and the space-based information port notifies the target satellite through signaling for dynamic channel reservation. The simulation results show that the switching success rate of the access strategy proposed in this paper is over 98% and the switching delay is reduced by about 30% in the high dynamic terminal scenario, which indicates that the proposed strategy is feasible and has the ability to improve the switching success rate of the high dynamic terminals.
