汽油饱和蒸汽压对极低温下自然吸气发动机冷起动特性影响分析

摘 要: 为研究不同汽油饱和蒸汽压对极低温下自然吸气发动机冷起动特性的影响,选取饱和蒸汽压为6.5,8.7,12.0 psi(1 psi=6.89 kPa)的汽油,并利用搭载1.5 L自然吸气发动机的车辆进行冷起动测试,测试温度为-30℃和-20℃. 结果表明:起动时间、发动机最大转速上冲值和转速下跌次数随着汽油饱和蒸气压值的增加而变小,较高饱和蒸汽压的汽油有助于高寒地区车辆的起动。

Abstract: In order to research the influence of different gasoline saturated vapor pressure on the cold start performance of naturally aspirated engine at extremely low tewperature, gasoline with saturated vapor pressure of 6.5, 8.7, 12.0 psi (1 psi = 6.89 kPa) was selected, and the cold start test was carried out by using vehicle equipped with 1.5 L naturally aspirated engine, the test temperatures were -30℃ and -20℃. The results show that the start time, the maximum engine speed overshoot value and the number of speed drops decrease with the increase of gasoline saturated vapor pressure, the gasoline with higher saturated vapor pressure is helpful for starting vehicles in high-cold areas.
