颗粒罩盖对气泡兼并动力学的影响规律研究

摘 要: 借助高速动态显微实验装置,从微观层面上系统研究了无颗粒罩盖、非对称颗粒罩盖和对称颗粒罩盖条件下的气泡兼并时间变化及气泡兼并动力学特性,并以阻尼系数为评价指标分析了颗粒罩盖对气泡兼并动力学的影响规律。结果表明:当气泡表面无颗粒罩盖时,相邻气泡快速发生兼并,兼并时间仅为3.33 ms;而当气泡表面罩盖有颗粒后,气泡的兼并时间显著增加,尤其是双气泡罩盖,兼并时间高达56.9 s。由气泡的兼并动力学可知,气泡兼并发生后,新形成的气泡表面呈现出典型的阻尼震荡运动形式。对于无颗粒罩盖气泡兼并,兼并过程较为剧烈,且在震荡运动的第一个周期,气泡两侧均产生明显“凸出”;对于非对称颗粒罩盖气泡兼并,仅在无颗粒罩盖气泡的一侧产生“凸出”;对于对称颗粒罩盖气泡兼并,兼并过程则较为平缓,且气泡两侧均未产生“凸出”。三种气泡兼并诱导的界面震荡运动的阻尼系数分别为0.019 ms-1、0.038 ms-1和0.094 ms-1,与气泡的兼并时间呈明显正相关。阻尼系数越大,震荡运动的强度就越弱,界面颗粒脱附的概率也就越低。

Abstract: With the help of high-speed dynamic microscopy experimental equipment, the change of bubble coalescence time and the characteristics of bubble coalescence dynamics under the conditions of non-particle cover, asymmetric particle cover and symmetrical particle cover are systematically studied from the micro level, and the damping coefficient is taken as the evaluation index to analyze the influence law of particle cover on bubble coalescence dynamics. The results show that when there is no particle cover on the bubble surface, the coalescence between adjacent bubbles occurs quickly, and the coalescence time is only 3.33 ms. However, when the bubble surface is covered with particles, the coalescence time increases significantly, especially for the symmetrical particle cover, the coalescence time is as high as 56.9 s. From the bubble coalescence dynamics, it is known that after the bubble coalescence occurs, the surface of the newly formed bubble presents a typical damped oscillating motion form. For the non-particle cover bubble coalescence, the coalescence process is violent, and in the first period of oscillating motion, two obvious “bulges” appear on both sides of the bubble. For the asymmetric particle cover bubble coalescence, the “bulge” only appears on the side of the bubble that without the particle cover. For the symmetrical particle cover bubble coalescence, the coalescence process is relatively gentle. Meanwhile, there is not any “bulge” appearing on both sides of the bubble. The damping coefficients of the interface oscillating motion induced by three kinds of bubble coalescence are 0.019 ms-1, 0.038 ms-1 and 0.094 ms-1, respectively, showing an obvious positive correlation with the bubble coalescence time. The larger the damping coefficient, the weaker the intensity of the oscillating motion, the lower the probability of the interface particles detachment.
