基于STM32单片机设计的便携式孔深测量仪

摘 要: 为解决石油与矿井的高精度孔深测量难题,研究设计了一款能够快速、有效且准确测量深孔深度的仪器。本设计采用STM32系列的单片机作为控制芯片、蓝牙模块和有机发光二极管(organic light emitting diode,OLED)显示屏。该装置主要包括ABZ编码器、模拟数字转换(analog-to-digital converter,ADC)模块、弹簧联轴器与测量媒介外置模块、数据储存模块。根据事先写好的程序,通过STM32主控芯片对编码器模块的数据进行获取和解析,并将该数据分发给其他模块,如蓝牙和OLED,用于实现人机交互,从而实现了孔深的测量,同时通过蓝牙传输到手机APP对孔深水平进行实时监测。结果表明,该设备打破了传统仪器测量孔深的弊端,不仅便携,而且能长时间稳定工作。

Title: A portable hole depth measuring instrument based on STM32 single chip microcomputer

Abstract: In order to solve the problem of high-precision hole depth measurement in petroleum and mines, an instrument is designed to measure the depth of deep hole quickly, effectively and accurately. This design adopts STM32 series single chip microcomputer as the control chip, Bluetooth module and organic light emitting diode (OLED) screen. The device mainly includes ABZ encoder, analog-to-digital converter (ADC) module, spring coupling and measurement medium external module, data storage module. According to the pre-written program, the data from the encoder module is obtained and analyzed through the STM32 master control chip, and the data is distributed to other modules such as Bluetooth and OLED for human-computer interaction, thus realizing the measurement of hole depth, and at the same time, the hole depth level is monitored in real time through Bluetooth transmission to the mobile APP. The results show that the device breaks the drawbacks of traditional instruments for measuring hole depth, and is not only portable, but also can work stably for a long time.
