1Cr11Ni2W2MoV马氏体不锈钢冷拉棒材的力学性能研究

摘 要: 利用拉伸实验、硬度实验和光学显微镜等手段对1Cr11Ni2W2MoV马氏体不锈钢冷拉棒材的显微组织和力学性能进行分析。实验结果表明:在位错强化和细晶强化的双重作用下,随着冷拉变形量的增加,1Cr11Ni2W2MoV马氏体不锈钢棒材的抗拉强度、屈服强度和硬度逐渐增加,其棒材晶粒度也随之变细。经过退火和调质之后,当冷拉拔棒材累计变形量达到57.96%时,抗拉强度(Rm)、屈服强度(Rp0.2)、断后伸长率(A)、断面收缩率(Z)和布氏硬度分别达到了1 087 MPa,903 MPa,16.5%,62.5%和287 N/mm2。随着不锈钢变形量的再次增加,其力学性能只有些许变化。因为变形量增加到一定程度后,钢的晶粒级基本不再变化,位错密度也没有之前增加得那么迅速,此时的加工硬化主要以位错强化为主。从而使钢的性能趋于一个固定值,不再发生显著变化。

Abstract: The microstructure and mechanical properties of 1Cr11Ni2W2MoV martensitic stainless steel cold-drawn bar were analyzed by tensile test, hardness test and optical microscope. The experimental results show that under the dual action of dislocation strengthening and fine grain strengthening, the tensile strength, yield strength and hardness of 1Cr11Ni2W2MoV martensitic stainless steel bars gradually increase with cold-drawing deformation on the rise, and the grain size of the bars also becomes fine. After annealing and tempering, when the cumulative deformation of the cold drawn bar reaches 57.96%, the tensile strength (Rm), yield strength (Rp0.2), elongation after fracture (A), section shrinkage (Z) and Brinell hardness reach 1 087 MPa, 903 MPa, 16.5%, 62.5% and 287 N/mm2, respectively. With the increase of deformation of stainless steel, its mechanical properties only change slightly. Because after the amount of deformation increases to a certain extent, the grain size of steel basically does not change, the dislocation density of steel does not increase as rapidly as before, and work hardening of steel is mainly based on dislocation strengthening at the moment. So the properties of steel tend to a fixed value, and no longer change significantly.
