水泥稳定碎石破坏机理与强度分析研究

摘 要: 基于力学方程对劈裂试验进行计算,发现劈裂试件处于三向受力状态,从边缘开始破坏,不宜直接用劈裂强度评估其拉伸性能。基于莫尔-库伦理论和最大允许拉应变破坏准则,分别对水泥稳定碎石的无侧限抗压强度、劈裂强度及破坏模式进行分析,证明直接拉伸强度、劈裂强度和无侧限抗压强度成正比例关系,并得到了凝聚力、泊松比和直接拉伸强度的计算公式。最大允许拉应变也可作为水泥稳定碎石的破坏标准。

Abstract: By calculating the splitting test based on mechanical equations, the splitting specimen was found to be in the three-dimensional stress state and started to fail from the edge, which was improper to evaluate the tensile properties directly by splitting strength. Based on Mohr-Coulomb theory and the maximum allowable tensile strain failure criterion, the unconfined compressive strength, the splitting strength and the failure mode of cement stabilized macadam were analyzed respectively. It is indicated that the direct tensile strength, the splitting strength and the unconfined compressive strength is linearly proportional. The formulas of cohesion, the Poisson’s ratio and the direct tensile strength are obtained. The maximum allowable tensile strain can also be a failure criterion for the cement stabilized macadam.
